A New Chapter for Attollo

The Supernatural Leadership Lab grew out of Attollo, a Catholic leadership community founded in 2014 to help business leaders grow in wisdom, virtue, and leadership through authentic peer relationships. Over the years, it became clear that while community is essential, lasting leadership transformation begins with formation.

That insight led to the creation of the Supernatural Leadership Lab (SNLL) a comprehensive leadership formation ecosystem dedicated to helping leaders become the person God created them to be while building extraordinary organizations that help others flourish.

Attollo is an integral part of the Supernatural Leadership Lab offering courses, leadership education and resources and 1:1 coaching through peer groups.

As part of this evolution, Attollo's blog, newsletter, and thought leadership have become part of the Supernatural Leadership Lab, continuing to explore faithful leadership, human flourishing, organizational culture, and the integration of faith and work. While the name changed, Attollo's mission remains unchanged: to form leaders whose character shapes culture and whose leadership reflects the example of Christ.
